Depending on you and your baby’s preference, with simple adjustments, you can carry your baby on your front facing you, on your back facing you, or on your hip facing you. Back and hip carries are recommended for babies with good head control.

The ERGObaby Original Carrier can ergonomically hold infants and babies ranging from 7 lbs all the way up to 35 lbs. An infant insert (sold separately) is recommended for newborns and infants from 7 lbs - 12 lbs.

Your baby will be supported in the froggy-legged, C-shape spine position that is ideal when being worn. You can also be sure that the carrier offers plenty of support on the shoulders and hips while wearing your baby.

Adjustable straps and waistbelt

No matter who is wearing your child or how quickly your child grows - the adjustable straps and waistbelt will ensure that you get a comfortable fit every time. The straps measure from 24” - 44” in length. The waistbelt measures from 26” - 55” in length.

Adjustable hood
